I started dispatching in 2009 for JASCO and loved it, I left JASCO in 2011 and was PRN for Barton County from 2011-2012 and decided to further my career in Criminal Justice and received my Bachelor in Science for Criminal Justice in 2019. I've been the director since November 2021. Dispatching is a job that is rewarding for those who do it, but not often recognized by others. We are the heroes no one sees, but we are the voices they hear when they are having their worst day.
